www.head-balance.com accepts payments by bank cards with the secure payment system CM-CIC payments of CM-CIC Bank, bank cards, checks and transfers.

> Delivery address

Delivery is made directly to the address of your choice. If you want, for example, to have it delivered to your work, simply modify the delivery address when you place your order (basket step 2).

> Delivery method

Delivery is ensured by Post. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we prepare and ship your order by Colissimo expert (delivery against signature), as soon as possible (excluding Saturday afternoons, Sundays and public holidays). When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Colissimo number corresponding to your package. Using this number, you can track the delivery of your package live by going to the colissimo tracking site: http://www.coliposte.net.

> Delivery times

Due to the use of La Poste’s colissimo expert service, the delivery time is 48 hours plus 7 days for mainland France and 5 to 10 days for the other countries mentioned above. If you are not present when your postman comes, he will leave a calling notice in your mailbox. With this delivery notice, you then have 15 days to collect your package from your usual post office.

In the event of unavailability of the products, after placing the order, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible. They will then be offered the choice of modifying their order or canceling it and thus obtaining a refund within 30 days of their request.


> SATISFIED OR REFUNDED: You have 14 days to change your mind!

You can return any item ordered to us under certain conditions and within 14 days (see general conditions of sale art 9). Depending on your preferences, we will refund you the full amount of the item or exchange it for another product.

> What are the conditions for returning an item?

Our return conditions are simple: we accept the return of all new items returned within 14 DAYS. Any returned product must be in its original packaging, in new condition, UNUSED, UNDAMAGED and possibly accompanied by the invoice corresponding to its purchase.

> Do I have to pay return shipping costs and reshipping costs?

If you change your mind and return an item to us, the costs of returning your products to: LABORATOIRES ARCANA – 53 AVENUE SAINTE FOY – 92200 NEUILLY SUR SEINE are your responsibility.

For deliveries made outside French territory, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping costs for items returned after exchange are also your responsibility.

> How to return a product ? At what address?

Returns of an item for exchange or refund can be made EXCLUSIVELY by post to the following address:

We thank you for packaging the returned items with great care and returning them to us accompanied by the invoice and a letter specifying the reason for the return.

Attention :
We remind you that it is IMPOSSIBLE to return to us items through Parcel Relays. No postage due or cash on delivery shipments will be accepted.

> How soon will I be reimbursed?

We process your request within an average of 10 days upon receipt of your package, and within a maximum legal period of one month.
We will reimburse you by check.

> If your order is not compliant, you will receive a full refund or your product will be exchanged*.

*We will refund you in full or exchange the damaged or defective product(s), based on the price you paid.
If, despite all the care we take in preparing each package, your order did not comply with your request (product damaged during transport, defective, etc.), we undertake to reimburse you or exchange the products concerned.

> Damaged packages or products

In the event of damage, please keep the damaged products and the package box so that we can identify what happened. If you have the possibility, please send us a photo showing the damage caused by email.

For information, please note that any order received that is very damaged (visible damage on the cardboard, package opened and closed by the services of our delivery people, etc.) may be refused by your postman or parcel relay. If you accept a repaired or severely damaged package, we advise you to check its contents in the presence of the delivery person and to express a reservation upon acceptance.

> Defective products

If you suspect a product to be defective, contactHEAD BALANCE to: 03 88 72 50 41  by detailing the problem. If the product is found to be defective, we will exchange it or refund it to you as soon as possible.
