Payment and delivery

> Payment methods

www.head-balance.com accepts payments by bank cards with the secure payment system CM-CIC payments from CM-CIC Bank, bank cards, checks and transfers.

> Delivery address

Delivery is made directly to the address of your choice. If, for example, you would like to have your order delivered to your workplace, simply change the delivery address when placing your order (basket step 2).

> Delivery method

Delivery is handled by La Poste. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we will prepare and ship your order via Colissimo Expert (delivery against signature) as quickly as possible (excluding Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and public holidays). When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Colissimo number corresponding to your package. Using this number, you can track the progress of your package directly by going to the Colissimo tracking website: http://www.coliposte.net .

> Delivery times

Due to the use of La Poste's Colissimo Expert service, the delivery time is 48 hours, plus 7 days for mainland France and 5 to 10 days for the other countries listed above. If you are not there when your postman calls, he will leave a calling card in your mailbox. With this calling card, you then have 15 days to collect your package from your usual post office.

In the event of product unavailability, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible after placing the order. The buyer will then be offered the option of modifying the order or cancelling it and obtaining a refund within 30 days of the request.

> SATISFIED OR YOUR MONEY BACK: You have 14 days to change your mind!

You can return any item you ordered to us under certain conditions and within 14 days (see general terms and conditions of sale art. 9). Depending on your preference, we will refund you the full amount of the item or exchange it for another product.

> What are the conditions for returning an item?

Our return policy is simple: we accept returns of all new items returned within 14 DAYS. All returned products must be in their original packaging, in new, unused, undamaged condition, and possibly accompanied by the invoice corresponding to their purchase.

> Do I have to pay return and reshipping costs?

If you change your mind and return an item to us, the cost of returning your products to: LABORATOIRES ARCANA – 53 AVENUE SAINTE FOY – 92200 NEUILLY SUR SEINE is your responsibility.

For deliveries made outside of French territory , the initial shipping costs will not be refunded. The shipping costs of items returned after exchange are also your responsibility.

> How do I return an item to us? To what address?

Returns of an item for exchange or refund are made EXCLUSIVELY by mail to the following address:

We thank you for packaging the returned items with great care and returning them to us with the invoice and a letter specifying the reason for the return.

Attention :
We remind you that it is NOT IMPOSSIBLE to return items to us via Parcel Relay. No postage due or cash on delivery shipments will be accepted.

> How soon will I be reimbursed?

We process your request within an average of 10 days upon receipt of your package, and within a maximum legal period of one month.
We will reimburse you by check.

> If your order is not as described, you will receive a full refund or your product will be exchanged*.

*We will refund you in full or exchange the damaged or defective product(s), based on the price you paid.
If, despite all the care we take in preparing each package, your order does not conform to your request (product damaged during transport, defective, etc.), we undertake to refund you or exchange the products concerned.

> Damaged packages or products

In case of damage, please keep the damaged products and the packaging so we can identify the damage. If possible, please email us a photo showing the damage.

For your information, please note that any order received in a very damaged condition (visible damage to the box, package opened and resealed by our delivery drivers, etc.) may be refused by your postman or parcel relay. If you accept a repaired or severely damaged package, we advise you to check its contents in the presence of the delivery driver and to express a reservation upon acceptance.

> Defective products

If you suspect a product to be defective, please contact us immediately. Call HEAD BALANCE at 03 88 72 50 41 and tell us about the problem. If the product is found to be defective, we will exchange or refund it as soon as possible.
